Our flagship Xccelerator programme is the first of its kind. It deploys people on real-life projects relating to the energy transition. Amplify our impact whilst still delivering on the job learning to participants. Xccelerators are developed over our 2-year programme and supported in finding permanent positions within the energy industry.

  • Choice of candidates for placement at 3 to 4 days per week into your business (remaining time spent by Xccelerator on wider development activities)
